Threats of immidiate arrest if not paid in full

This group called my wife and told her she had a debt from and if it was not paid right away she would have her info turned over to the authorities for her immidiate arrest.
There was never any attempt to collect any debt other than this. Just 3-4 harassing type phone calls over the course of a couple of hours.
