"John Good" Harassment Fraud Ripoff

I had a dept and I contacted the company. John Good (alias Ben Parks) was the man I was dealing with. He told me I had to pay the debt today. I told him I would pay but I needed to call my husband for the money. My husband was working at the time and John Good did not even give me an hour before he started harassing me at work and on my cell phone with repeated phone calls. He stated he would come to my work and wait for me to collect the debt. He also stated he would call me every day and not stop until he was paid. The worst part was he said he was going to drain my bank account if I did not pay him on that same day. All of these threats came within the first couple of hours of me contacting him. Verbaly and via fax I told him not to contact me at work because my work disapproves of any personal phone calls. He stated, "O.K. But he will come to my work and visit me everyday as a private citizen until he gets paid." I told him that was harassment and I had every intention of paying the dept but now I will not due to his actions and threats. He has discussed all my personal issues with my husband even though legally he has nothing to do with this debt. Then when my husband asked for the address to send a letter to the company reguarding his harassing actions he stated he would not speak with him anymore because he was not the one who had the debt. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE??? He is a fraud. When I told him I was going to record our conversation he stated he would not talk to me when being recorded. He also stated he would not take payments on any debt because he is not a make a payment kind of man.
I am scared of Ben Parks stalking me by waiting for me in my work parking lot, as he stated he would do, and I will be filing a report againist him and his company.
