National Action Financial
Will not validate debt nor give information on debt

This company continues to contact me regaurding a debt that they say I owe, although I do not remember a debt in this amount or any information regaurding it. They are very rude, continue to call and threaten to garnish my wages unless I pay this immediatly, and at one point threatened to arrest me (Really?). I have asked for a letter with validation for this debt and they keep telling me they don't have to provide that. I told them without it, they aren't getting a dime, and to quit calling. They continue calling. They won't even provide me information on if they are licensed to collect in the state of Utah.

Any advice??
