EFax credit card fraud

A deal from EFAX seemed on my charge card bill that happened on 02/22. The deal was with EFAX within the quantity of $16.95. Used to do not approve this deal. I don't have a merchant account with EFAX and had never heard about them until this exchange happened.

I approached EFAX via phone on 02/23/10 and was informed from the EFAX consultant they shut the EFAX take into account bogus exercise, and they might credit my card within three to five business days. No credit was created onto my card within that period of time. I called back again to EFAX on 03/02, and was informed this time around, that it'd consider 5-15 business days for that credit to look on my card. No credit from EFAX was actually published to my card. On 03/09, I delivered them an email requesting they credit my card instantly. They never replied. I submitted a on 03/10/10 with my charge card business. I also approached an attorney that published contact information on this site to talk about together my tale. I really hope EFAX gets punished for charge card scam! I am so happy used to do a search on the internet to determine if there have been any issues about that organization and thus happy I might publish my tale below! Thanks!!
