Failed to follow through on their offe

In approximately 2000 I signed up for free eFax via internet was given a number, the system worked.in approximately 2002 I had to justify why I should be receiving a free eFax number, after sending an email I did continue to receive the free number. It should be noted that I run a small business and only used it once a month if that.

In 2003 I was deployed to Afghanistan with the NG and upon returning home eFax stopped my free number without notifying me. EFax stated I would not allow free ads, so they cancelled my number. I advised them that this is not true, I was gone and had not used eFax for 1 year, so in turn I did not denied any in coming faxes. I sent a complaint via email and was given another number.

In 2005 I was deployed again to Afghanistan with the NG and upon returning home in the excuse came up again. I sent another email explaining that it must be an error on their software, but this time they would not change their position. EFax is a rip off Company, promising free service/number to soldiers, but in turn they take it away from you; like bait and switch.
