Dishonest seller, faulse advertising

I ordered brand new LG DVD burner (GSA5163D) and they sent me refurbished item. I called the company and asked why they sent me refurbished one. They insist that they sent me the brand new and the condistion of the box was supposed to be as it is shipped from the manufacturer. The box is missing CD and manuals. Cables are not in plastic bags unlike most of new products do. One of the cable is rolled up in a elastic band. No warranty card is included either. Still CompuDirect claims this is brand new item. I contacted LG and they said the condition of the box is not new. LG also told me to check if there is a seal over serial number indicating 'Void if removed'. If the seal is found, it is refurbished item.

And I do see the seal on the item. I requested to return this to CompuDirect, and now they want to charge me for 20% of restocking fee. Even worse, their website adversise this products for $86.40, but they charged to my credit card $127.60. (The shipping is supposed to be only $12.99).
