Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc Check doesn't always mark the spot

I had ordered the trail offer from this company. The cost of the product was less than 5 bucks and then the cost of shipping and handling. I made sure to read everything so I thought.

I just got off the phone with the man at customer service (yep he was rude) he informs me that in addition to the order of the trial offer there were not one but two items "suggested" next to the order that were "assisted" by the company to the order I made.

This "helpful" service added a 9.99 charge and a 29.99 charge to my order. He said that my order was being shipped today. "All you can do now, " he said was "to return the product and be refunded the amount."
He quizzed me about not seeing the checked marks on the order "you didn't see them because they were only about a half inch away!" "You were suppose to unclick them if you didn't want them!" I told him to be sure and expect them back soon then.
