Oprah featured a show on the use of Acai as a fat burning/colon cleansing agent. Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. Offers a "free trial" if you pay shipping and handling of 4.95. What they don't tell you is if you do not send the product back, even if you have called to cancel a subscription or emailed to cancel they charge you the full amount. I tried the product but it irritated my stomach. It turns out it is not a "free trial" offer. They charge you the full amount if you do not send the product back. Then they charge you a restocking fee if you do send the product back. Plus you have to pay to send it back!
Once you order a product, they automatically sign you up for other programs they charge you for. They tell you it is because it is in the fine print that they will do this, yet I did not find it in the fine print.
If you want to try natural products, order them from another company that only charges you for what you want not what they want to charge you for.
