Bad service

As part of a survey I ordered a trial sample of the product pomclear from the website pomclear.com. I was told that I would only pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. When I received the product, they added two products (Hoodiburst Gum and Hoodiawater) that I did not order and my bill came to $44.85. After several attempts with no answer at their toll free number, I emailed. They did respond but indicated that I had mistakenly ordered the gum and water, that it clearly states it on pomclear.com. After reviewing all the fine print, I cannot find where their trial offer includes an order of the other products. My options are to return their product but I will have to pay shipping and handling again and a 15% restock fee for something I clearly did not order. My recommendation is to be careful and make sure that you are not charged for products you didn't order.
