Trying to make more money than they deserve

First of all they never made repairs or over 6 months when our ceiling was leaking water. Thy finally moved us to a new apt after we told them that was there option. They ended up charging us more money in rent asking for a whole new deposit as well. Then the secretary lost our payment of rent. They have one address on thel ease while we live somewhere else. Now they are trying to say that we never put electric in our name even though CU has confirmed we have.
