Pennacle law office of thomas landis, esq. -pennacle credit servicesc when i called the 1 800-853-4000 number, i got told that i charged $13,866.00, that i took a master card in 1999 and my last payment made was april 26

I wrote the intermation in the wrong box. So will write it agin in this box.

I am disable and it is hard to write. But the letter I rerceived from this Law office did not make any sence. Since i was put on SSI in 1999 because i could not write at that time due to health poblems. I check with Citibank the original creditor and they reserch using my ss# in both personel and business applcations in 1999 but did not have any applcation with my ss# or my name.

They (Citibank) said they had there own collection department whitch handle there own account. They never turn over thair accounts to outside companies.

The law firm would not send me any legal document proving that I owe this debit. I have turned this letter and internet proff that this company have used different names but aways uses Pinnacle as the first name on thair companies.

I resurch the company by the phone numbers and the names Pinnacle, the law office name.

They say I owe $13,866.00 on a master card and with thair fees $21,115.23. I recieve ss amount less than $500, also in a wheel chair. Citibank said they would never approved a credit card to me with that low of income. I reppored this to my state law offials and to the Federal Trade commission.
