Refuse to complete paid install, did not provide paid goods, customer service insulted me

I would like to voice my absolute displeasure with Sears employees and services rendered. My husband and I purchased a stove that was guarenteed for next day delivery, but was later told that I would not recieve for 2 weeks. Althouh not pleased with this FALSE advertisement, I waited and additionally paid for professional installation. When the "professional installer" from Appliance Installers did arrive 2 weeks later (08-26), he tried to sell us products we did not want, and did not install our stove because he "didn't have the parts to do it".

He took with the stove with him, and I called the delivery number, and was subsequently transfered to the installation number (800-326-8738). When I was expressing my frustration with the female clerk, she told me to "Don't talk to me like this" and "shut up". I asked to speak with her manager. His name was Chris and he told me to go to the store to resolve the issue.
Moreover, when my husband attempted to call the store to get a refund. He was placed on hold for over an hour, and then transferred to the wrong department. The person in the department was rude and insulted my husband and then hung up. To date, I have no stove, no iinstallation, and no refund. Sears are nothing more than theives in my eye.

I am extremely angery with being treated in such a matter. No customer should ever put up with being talked down to be employees and not provided with paid merchanidse and services.

I filed a complaint with the BBB, and additionally reported their practices to my credit card company for further investigation.
