Beware of doing business in Frederick County Virginia. It's a one Judge town and that's Judge John Prosser. It's a small backwoods kind of place. Local boys are always right and the other side needs to settle things or the case gets kicked out, somehow. Really think about doing business in Frederick County. I never will.
