A Grand Jury will be bringing formal charges against FRED JOSEPH and his partner on December 8th as our investigation has uncovered internal facts from The Broward County District Attorneys Office.

The State of Florida and The Broward County District Attorney have received " numerous " complaints filed against FRED JOSEPH and his company in a scheme to DEFRAUD his former clients " nationwide".

Complaints have been filed with The State Attorney General and local Broward County Authorities in a two year Investigation that is ongoping.

Sources have indicated that Judge Cowart (H) and the Broward County District Attornerys Office along with complaints filed with the FDLE and I.R.S. Have resulted in a GRAND JURY going forth to bring FORMAL CHARGES against FRED JOSEPH & his Companies for FRAUD, BANK FRAUD, MAIL FRAUD, and INTENT TO DEFRAUD and other charges to be brought before a GRAND JURY.

Currently NAZARENA OCON (ADA) and The Broward County District Attorneys Office have been Investigating FRED JOSEPH the past two years with numerous Complaints filed with The State of Florida's Attorney General, The FDLE, The local County District Attorney, The I.R.S. And other agencies regarding FRED JOSEPH.
