Unknown payments being taken from credit card

We have recieved unauthorised payments taken from our credit card, we do not know what these payments are for. As we live in New Zealand we are unable to contact the company on the number listed and cant seem to cancel any subscribtions as we dont have the details to do this. We cant use the help line as it wants the subscribtion details. $39.95usd has been taken from the account, and no explantion why.
