PS-BILLITEXPRESS.com free trial ripoff - unautharised use of credit card details

This company used my details when i attempted to sign up for a free trial. The transaction never went through as my bank rejected the details at the time. Since they have used my details to take unauthorised payments of 39 dollars out of my visa account.

My visa supplier claim that they cannot fully block payments if it's a subscription, no telephone number is provided that works, they have a few false details but none are traceable.
