Unauthorised payments

I only authorised a payment of $1 to be taken from my credit card account but several payments have been taken since November of last year and now I find a payment of $29.95, one of $4.95 and another of $9.95 have all been taken from my credit card account. I want these payments refunded and to stop any futher payments coming from my credit card
