Taking advantage of a Disabled Man with a short sale Maderia Beach

I had a brain tumor last year that left me perm disabled and had to try to get rid of a house in florida that I could not pay for. I contacted Diamond Enterprises who led me to believe that they could do a short sale for me and I would not have to worry about the house.

I filled out all the paper work and had it notarized but had no idea that I was turning the deed over to them. They were trying to record the deed and then put someone into the property without my permission. They never told me they were going to rent it out. I never gave them permission nor did they ever tell me they were doing this. I am not sure if they are getting rent or not, but they are not paying me to live there.

I sent them a cancellation letter immediately certified mail and fax to say I do not want to continue this contract and I terminated it immediately. They had there attorney send me a threatening letter telling me they were going to record the deed and I better not interfere. I since then had filed a complaint to the State Attorneys office, and the BBB. I feel sorry for all the other people who have to go through this.

These companies know we have no money to pay for an Attorney and they are just taking advantage of me. I have no recourse, and need some help.
