Order of Protections 400

I am writing about our Judicial System. I do not believe that before an order of protection is issued, the case is really investagated. Many of OPs are giving to the wrong people. The Judges such as Judge Simone of Suffolk County Family court have issued these OPs with no reguard to what it can do to the innocent person and their families. When a oder of protection gets in the hand of the wrong person it could be devastating. They abuse this right to use the order of protection with any lie they choose.
I feel that there is not enough investagation on the laws part before they (OPs) are giving out. I understand that they can be helpful in some cases, but all I hear lately is the OPs that are issued should not be.
When this order is issued and a child and or children are involved. The children suffers more than the law will ever know. It hurts them emotionally and stays with them for life.
So before these so-called order of protection are issued please judges take time to make sure that you are not putting this weapon in the hands of someone that should not have it. For our children's sake. Thank you for reading
