A New Scam to get your personal information

Janel Ochoa aka Janel Lynn Ochoa aka Janel Ochoa-Borsch aka Yvette Romero on August 16, started a Public Yahoo Group called payingback. (Yahoo is not aware of Janel Ochoa's exploits) She states the reason is because she scammed a lot of wahm's and seeks forgiveness. She writes she has, "personal records of some of the people I owe but not all, so if you were a person who sent me items or money..." and she would like the people she got money or items from to join and give their information including Paypal account information to her so she can try and pay people back when she can.

Give a professional con artist your personal information, address, phone, Paypal or other online accounts and she will send you money? Think again. She can easier sell all this valuable information, or some how scam more money from you.

She knows you were easy to scam once, you will be easy to scam again, and again. She has been taking advantage of people for many years. She has not admitted that she used the name Yvette Romero. Nothing has changed. She has received thousands of dollars and items from generous well-meaning people. People she will scam again, if given the chance. Check out the following links:

Janel still has websites where she is either trying to sell products or collect money. If you happen upon one of these websites report it to the Carson City, Nevada Sheriff's Office.

If your an Independent Representative for a company that still has her as a Rep or listed as a Rep let the owner know about her and ask that she be removed. The companies she has been an Independent Representative for are legitimate and respectable companies. She took advantage of them and the companies were victims of Janel Ochoa.

If you join her Yahoo group be sure you don't use your ISP email, give her your personal information, just beware that what ever information you give her will be in her personal possession to do with what ever she wants to with it.
