Uyer beware. We signed up to change our electric company after attending a church revival style meeting. As is the case with this type of company you had to sign up by midnight that day to lock in the fantastic bonus program that was ending. What they do not tell you is that once the sign up is done and you receive confirmation you had better print a copy of the confirmation. I say this because upon receiving our first bill our energy rate was 35% higher than what we had signed up for. When we called to complain it took over 10 days to finally get someone to actually look into it.

After a week they called and left a voicemail that they would honor the rate that we had signed up for. After repeated attempts to call and ascertain the status of the credit to our bill we were then told that they would not honor the rate. We had contacted the person that signed up our sponsor and she told us this happens all the time and you just need to lock in the two year program now. This is all fine however the rate would be 15% higher than what we signed up for.

During the sign up process there were many technical issues attempting to achieve this and never were we told to print the confirmation so that when this happens (according to our upline this happens all the time) you have some proof. I was apprehensive about this company to start with but the concept of having to buy your energy somewhere why not from yourself at a lower rate made sense. Now that thread of common sense is costing me a lot of cents until the switch back we made today goes into effect.
