I bought a dvd for $214.00 and they gave me dvd's that don't work at all

I went on the computer and found a website cal tvdvdstore.net so i ordered a tape that i have been looking for for 2 years it was call medical center starring chad everett. I took me over a month to get tapes and when i got tapes they were bad, i later found out that they come from china the tapes don't work. It cost me $214.00 that these people stool from me. How can this happen to people, i did not see any complaintys on that web site until a few days later when i pulled there web site up again and then i seenalot of coomplaints..
How can a web site like that be allowed to to exists i just don't understand why they don't get shut down. I work very hard for my money and they stole $214.00 from me.
This has never happend to me before and i will never again buy from a webist again, i did not know things like this happen...
Is there anything i can do about this... I do have an invoice they sent me but they do not put there address on it but i do know that they come from china..
This is so wrong, please tell me what i can do if anything this is is why americans end up not liking foregin people it's the few foregin people that ruin it for the rest of them..
I should be lucky that they did not take more out of my account..
Please tell me how you might be able to help me..
