ComOnlinebiz Charged my account $129.85 39.85 for something I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR

I was surfing the web and went in to check out their site and did not agree nor sign up for anything. I was charged $1.95 for a 14 day trial and since I did not call within that period and cancel, because I did not sign up, they automatically charged my account twice. Once for $39.85 then for $129.85. Which, in and of itself is bad enough however it caused my next 8 transactions to bounce @ $32 a pop from my bank. So overall I owe $383.00 for something I did not agree to.

Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don't delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E.
