Bought a Dodge Truck from them $26,000 cash bill of sale can't get my money back

Bought a Dodge truck from Donald Wayne Hughes Jr. Of Don's Auto Sales, Inc. After acouple months past, FBI came picked up the truck it was stolen from a car theft ring out of Maimi, FL along with acouple other cars on Don's lot was taken too. After a week, find out the same guy was arrested in Austell, GA several months prior for running a CHOP SHOP and having several other stolen cars. Charges still pending trail.

Requested my money back, they refused. SO I AM OUT MY MONEY and have no truck. Tried to get lawyer several of them stated they need retainer of $5,000 to sue the guy.

If I could find a lawyer that would sue him and his dad name the same, they both a millionaire's, I see how ripping and stealing from people.

The bad part georgia still allows him to be a car dealer i think they need to revoke his dealer license.
