As everyone else, I thought I was buying $1.98 CD. Like everyone else it turned into $69.95. Called band they gave refund to bank. It was about a two hour phone call. Called Utah Police in Draper. They supposedly went to the physical address, but never received a follow up call. I go on to my bank today and they have used a different name and tapped my account for $29.95. I think a class action suit is in order if therr are any attorneys reading this.
