This looks like a pattern with this company according to this website. I thought I bought CD on grants for $1.98. Two days later I noticed The Grant University relieved me of $69.95. I called the company and spoke to a lady in Manilla, Philipines. She stated that is a monthly charge for the club that I joined. I asked for refund and manager to get on phone. Manager gets on phone and I start asking questions. He had no phone number for the Home Office in Draper Utah. He said the owner's name was Joe Moore. I got the address in Draper. He said he would remove charge. I asked him to send me a confirmation email. He reluctantly did so. I called about 5 days later to find out why my bank is not receiving the refund. The lady said "Oh, he forgot to push the refund button, I'll do that now". I asked for the guy again. He got on and again I tried to get information from him. He said he would refund my money today and then call me tomorrow. I asked him what my phone number is. He said he has it on caller ID and repeated my number. Around 4:00 called him again and he said that he was about to call me. I told him he was full of shit and he did not refund my money. After going on "The Rip Off" I saw I am not the only one. I called the police in Draper and asked them to go over to the address listed. I called the Attoreny General of Utah. They have a message machine that you leave a message on. She called back and I was actually working. Now it is phone tag. I won't stop until the place is out of business.
