1st Guaranty Mortgage
Took my money no mortgage or phone calls Oakland FLorida

Having bad credit due to problems in the past and I saw this ad for bad credit mortgage so I called. The guy was so nice on the phone. He said we could get a mortgage and emailed the paper work, good faith estimate the amount of the mortgage and etc. I then in turn go to the seller that we wanted to purchase the home from and said we have financing we are ready to go the contract. Ao he goes to his lawyer and draws the contract up and now I am waiting for days to hear from 1st guaranty mortgage to send papers to the sellers lawyer from my lawyer and no phone response. All we wanted to know is if we had the mortgage and is he going to send the papers to the sellers lawyer. Well the sellers lawyer tries to call and gets no response either.
When you call you get a roll over phone that takes a message but no one calls back. There is more than one number so I have tried to call all of them and no person answers just the roll over to voice mail.
Now I have a purchase agreement and no mortgage. I am repairing my credit I was told also with this company so I can have a better future and clear the credit up so I sign on for a crossland credit repair which is another rip off. Lost my money there but will try to get it back.
Now I feel that the public should be aware of this company
