Lazy, incompetent caseworker who just plain doesn't want to do her jo

This woman is the most lazy, incompetent caseworker I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I awaiting a kidney transplant and am on dialysis 2x a week and as I cannot afford a vehicle on the measly $637 a month I get from SSI, I must go through Job and Family Services and Ms. Dvorscak for transportation. The policy for rescheduling is SUPPOSED TO be "cancel your ride and call Ms. Dvorscak 48-72 hours before your rescheduled appointment, so she can fax your information to the ride provider." Notice, I said, SUPPOSED TO, not is. The policy is whatever Christine Dvorscak decides is most convienient for her, it seems. Sometimes she reschedules you without yanking teeth, sometimes she does not.

This woman does what she wants to who she wants when she wants to do it, regardless of policy and never seems to get any kind of disciplinary action against her for it from her higher-ups. The furthest I've gotten with any complaints to her supervisor, one Mr. Joe Molnar is "I'll talk to her." But talking does no good with her, because she just turns around again and does the exact same thing again and again with no worry of recourse, and why not, since she's probably used to the canned speech that these people use to try to get her to straighten up and fly right, it's no big deal for her to be "talked

Due to this bumbling woman's incompetence, I will most likely be missing dialysis today, therefore building up the toxins in my blood and maybe even showing that I am "non-compliant" (even though I have done everything in my power to get rescheduled and be "compliant")

Why do people like this moron get positions of power when it's clear she can't (or won't) even send a fax to the transportation provider like she's supposed to? I mean, I know she's only getting paid and I know it's a REAAAALLLY hard job to stick some paper in a machine, but for the money this bumbler gets paid, she should at least have some knowledge of why people need to go to medical appointments and that people sometimes DO need to reschedule them.

Honestly, I'm surprised this fool even still has a job but then again, what do you expect, this is Lorain County and if you have more education than a special ed high school diploma and you can spell "welfare" properly, you can get a high-paying job with JFS.

Since her supervisors don't care what happens, as long as they keep getting government dollars, I decided to post here for anyone else who might have to go through this unspeakably incompetent organization for transportation so that they can see what kind of moron they will get as a transpo co-ordinator.

This woman REALLY needs to be fired... Seriously.
