MTM is a RIP off

MTM is a rip off!!! I hate to say it but I worked for them and I quit I couldnt take it anymore. They are supposed to be there to help people and they do the complete opposite What bothered me the most is the people that really needed a ride like the older people needing to go to dialysis or whatever they were the ones that hardly ever got transportation. All the people in the major cities like st Louis we could get them rides and I'm pretty sure most of them were not used for MEDICAL transpotation.

They also treat their employees just as bad, we are supposed to be there to help people get to their appts but when it comes to the employees having appts it is a nightmare to get off or anything. Right before I left all the medicaid companies cared about was our handle time not about finding a ride for the customer but how fast we got them off the phone. So I just want to say if I ever talked to you while i worked there I am sorry; I turely did take that job to help people and when I started it wasn't that bad but it has gone down hill. I know its a pain in the butt to deal with them, but the people on the other side (employees) they are not bad people they feel mtm is a big joke too!
