Everything that I have seen in the reports about this company are exactly the same things which happened to me. My advice for anyone who has a mortage with these folks would be to run, not walk to the nearest attys office! Make sure that You keep careful track of all payments made & a log of all phone calls or other contacts. If You should have a fee charged for one of their many reasons —DO NOT wait before seeking legal help -do not assume that speaking with them on the phone will do any good whatsoever. Do not assume that just because You are told that the problem has been corrected that -that is really the case. This Company exists for one purpose only & that is to prey on people with high risk mortages & to do anything to push them into forclosure. I wonder what part this co. Played in the collaspe of FreddieMac & Fannie Mae? I also wonder where the ex. C/O of Fairbanks is now & what his newest scam might be?
