Lied and said they paid off sweeper to credit bureau. I paid it. They didn't

I bought a Kirby sweeper through Consumers Financial Services. I paid it off.

This company placed on my credit report that the balance is 0, but the company paid it. This makes no sense! They wanted $100.00 late fees. A lady called me almost every day, 2 maybe 3 times a day at my work. I got fed up with it and told her so.

I would have paid the late fees if this company hadn't hounded me and been rude to me. But this company did not pay $1700.00 for this stupid worthless vacuum sweeper, I did!!! I want this off of my credit report because it is a huge lie! I paid it the company did not!
