Sweepers and Floor Scrubbers Does Not Pay Their Bills

I was contracted by Matt Parsons from Sweeper and Scrubbers to transport a sweeper from New Jersey to Huntington Beach CA. The sweeper was picked up and delivered without a problem but have yet to receive payment for services. After many of phone calls and emails to Matt and the secretary I have come to the conclusion that I am not going to get paid as agreed. Its just one lie after another from Matt and his secretary! It is to the point now that Matt will not even get on the phone to try and tell me more lies. He hides under his desk and has his secretary tells me he is not there. Matt has chosen the wrong one to not pay.
