Ripoff

I purchased a trailing lawn sweeper and when I went to put it together, I found it was damaged. One of the wheels will not turn. SO I called the company that made it and they said to send it back, so on that Monday I called to get a return number and then I called ups and Fedex to get a price to return it and they said it would cost me 241 usd to return it and the other price I got was 210 usd.

Now I only paid 21.00 usd to have it shipped to me and I shouldn't even have to pay that, I asked Valuebuy to send me a return slip and they never responed I only paid 371 for the trailing lawn sweeper. So now I am stuck with a lawn sweeper that does not work and no one has fixed it.
