Watch out! Sk complete scammers to steal money from children

I had originally divorced in orlando, fl, where my child support deduction order was placed. Everything went fine as far as payments because my ex had a stable job and the money was being deducted from his pay. It was just when he decided to get off the books and purchase a grocery store and work in a resturant off the books the payments ceased to nothing at all for now going on 2 years. I had moved to pennsylvania, where I tried over the phone to contact several offices in florida to get the child support enforced. That had no result so I ended going personally to florida.

One of my stops was at the Child support enforcement agency where the person that attended me presented me with paper work on support kids and explained to me that they were a private agency that had great success in collecting child support. I signed a sheet a paper, which i thought was for more information, ends up I had signed a contract with support kids.

Well weeks later I received a package in the mail stating I was missing paperwork, and that the case will not be opened unless this paperwork was submitted. Having that gut feeling that most women have when something just doesn't seem right I decided I would throw out the paperwork received. I figured well they need extra paperwork which I won't send them so that ends that, right? WRONG!!! I then receive a nice little letter stating my welcoming to the support kids collection agency and blah blah blah... Well, at first since I remind you I did not even read the contract thought well they only deduct that big chunk of 475.00 at the beginning it can't be THAT bad... WRONG

Again every check that I did receive and not all in a sequence, had a GREAT big chunk taken out... So this is where I felt i had to draw the line. Its bad enough my children were living on hand me downs just to make ends meet being a single mom. Now that finally the dad feels like sending support because he was threatened by support kids, I have this agency taking what so rightfully belongs to my children. Sorry that was not going to happen, or atleast I thought. Knowing a contract was binding, I also felt that if BOTH parties are not in agreement that the contract could be nulled/cancelled. Well not with support kids.

I faxed in my termination letter which I was told by the rep would be processed quicker, much to my dismay I received a letter within 2-3 weeks stating that they had received the termination letter but were NOT going to cancel the contract. Now reading other people's negative experiences with this SAME company I can atleast get some what of the info I was lacking on getting from any where else. I just want to thank those who took their time in posting this information to help those in the dark like me that continue being hassled by these SCAMMERS... Please be ware and DO NOT sign anything or have ANYTHING to do with SUPPORT KIDS!!!
