Ahs repairs - a/c service

I have 3 properties with AHS. I have been with them for over 10 years! One of the properties and has had an a/c repair. Ahs has sent the same vendor out 3 times with 3 different problems. Then on the 3rd time - a totally different, yet again, problem. Now, they recommend replacing the a/c.
But they can't tell me WHEN they would be able to ship the parts FROM AHS!
To the vendor!

AHS has gone to the dogs - THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! They - like many US corporations - THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY $.

They are ok - until you have a major problem - THEN LOOK OUT! Nobody wants to take accountability (sound familiar?)
Mainly because nobody knows.

If I had another choice - I would run away from them at 'break-neck' speed.

I would not recommend them to anybody.
