Sending bills monthly w/late fees for services not received that shouls have been free

I am trying to resolve this for my 88 year old mother who is very and not responsive at this time. I have been receiving billing statements from ESO*WORLD / Analysis Evastrrella for the past 2 months.

Each month the total goes up. When my mother was lucide she told me she never received anything from them and that her first supposedly reading was free.

The statements are for a PO box and there is no phone number. All my mother receives is social security and very little of that. I have tried to find an email address, phone number and street address with no luck.
