Ripped me off for $129.95 in unauthorized credit card payment

I do not know wh, how and when this Company obtained my Credit Card Number, I have fraud alert in place. However, these thieves took $1.95 from my account in June, I did not see this for a few days, and the last of this month they obtained $129.95 from the same account. I called the phone number they have listed, a male answered as "Thank you for calling Customer Care.", and then no one was on the line for 15 minutes. Please do something about this, seems I am not the only person who has been ripped off.
