IseoDirect Advertises fast turn around & you get ripped off fast!

I was in a prelaunch with my business and looking for a marketing company to help me with promotions. I was so impressed that ISEOdirect appeared to be affordable and had 1-3 day turnaround on some of their products. I paid June 23rd after a 1 or 2 days passed & I couldn't get confirmation on payment or tracking info. I tried to do the online chat & that didn't work. The next step I emailed them on their online form.

It took days to get a response but finally heard from the guy Mark & he said the system/database had problems he was backed up but will get back to me to login. I was relieved but something didn't feel right.

After a week pass I got nervous cos I needed my services to be promoted for a July 18th event. After a few more emails I sent asking for login info he did repond finally and gave me login info only to get to the form that was not functional so I emailed him again for assistance. Well today it is August 2nd. I never got another email, I never got a refund and never got the services. He never addressed helping me further, he never said he would refund me. Needless to say it pass the deadline when everything was to be completed in 2-3 days.

I never saw such poor services and people like this should not work with people if they can't deliver or at least be respectful enough to followup or refund their money. Be cautious... Cause I was riffed off!!!
