I Thought I Was The Only One Being Suckered By Dell. Wow!

I came to this site looking for another consumer and ran upon complaints about Dell Financial Services, my goodness 800 of them! Total shock! I've been dealing with these crooks for about 2 years now. These people are greedy and the customer service is a piece of work. No matter how much you pay them, your account is still screwed to their satisfaction. They even have the nerve to send harrassing calls all day from people who do not speak clear English. They themselves get tired of having to make the calls because some of them will just hold the phone while you're screaming, "HELLO, HELLO! Then they slam the phone in your face. It's crazy. I've never seen anything like it!

As a matter of fact, I thought I was the only sucker. I didn't not have a clue as to the some 800 complaints NATIONWIDE about Dell. AMAZING! My account is so messy, with all kinds of fees and miscellaneous fees and no amount of money will satisfy it. I don't even send them the minimum anymore, I just send whatever cause you can't beat 'em. Well, we can if we get a class action suit going. Sign me up! I'll be praying about this!
