Sent package and charged card and I did not authorize

I arrived home on 7/31/08 and found a package on my front steps. I opened the envelope on top and discovered I was charged $14.95 to my charge card for something I never ordered. I called the number listed on the invoice and spoke to Lara. I let her know I did not order this product and have no idea why it was sent to me. I do not drink coffee and who have never ordered this product because of that. She informed me the product was ordered on 7/28/08 and I wasn't even home or at work that day to even get on the computer to do this. She informed me she would cancel this membership that I never agreed on and reimburse my account for the charge. She stated the product did not need to be returned, that I could give this to charity. I called my bank on 8/1/08 to cancel my card and to file a Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card which they told me the credit from Gevalia would not go through since my card has been cancelled. I then called Gevalia back and spoke with Angela who informed me they could not issue a credit by check - only to the orignial payment method so I asked for a manager. Brenda, the manager, informed me they could only issue the credit to the orginal method as well. I asked where they were located in Dover, since I work in Dover, and she informed me she could not give me the physical address. After much fustration on the phone with Brenda, I called my bank back to file the Fraudulent Charges and I have contacted my local police agency and Attorney General's office for assistance. The address they claim is theirs does not exist in Dover, Delaware. This company needs to be stopped and held for their fraudulent activity.
