GEVALIA Coffee
Gevalia sends bills for nothing, won't explain!

I ordered a coffe maker, and got a free box of coffe, then chose to cancel my account, which I was told I could do anytime. I called them to close it, was told it was closed by a VERY sarcastic woman. Then recieved a bill for almost 100 dollars, I called and called, asked what this was for. Could never get anyone to tell me. They reported it to my credit.
I still call here and there, they tell me they have no record of my account... Wtf?
