Company took money out of my account unauthorized new mexico

I purchased a sleepinergybed and I was doing layaway payments intstead George klause took all the momey out of my bank account. He did put some of the money back into the bank accoount and then turned around and took 2000.00 dollars back out of my bank account. He has lied o me and taken my money and wont give it back. I dont even have the bed.
