Cigarrest
Cigarrest is the biggest ripoff and the stuff is crap City

So i order the package from cigarrest and i recive it on oct 3rd so i cancelled the same day and the agent that i talked to said that the only thing that would be taken out of my bank account was $3.00. Then 3 weeks later (sunday) they take out $99.50 from my bank account and now they wont give me the money back unless i spend more of my hard earned money to send the crap back. And the worst part of all of this is that 99.50 overdrew my account and i owe $75 dollars to the bank plus the money that was over drafted,

When i notified them of this, they said that oh the money (99.50) was for the first shipment we sent you, i did not authorize them to take anymore than $3.00 out of my bank account, and they also said company policy is that they dont reimburse for overdraft fees. And that if they dont recieve the return before the next charge, they will charge me another 99.50. I will be sending this crap back tomarrow.

And i warn all people who want to quit smoking to find another way, this was the biggest mistake i could have ever made, for trusting a company that is so decieving and petty that they cant spare 75.00 for messing up my bank account so horribly. If any of you out there have their corporate telephone number please e mail it to me, so i can get back what is justly mine.
