Paid $250.00 for typing and got nothing but another bill

I found Black's Paralegal Service on the internet. I went to her office to later find out that she was not a listed tenant in the office she was occupying. I paid her $250.00 to type a response to a brief.

I gave her over 20 cases she can review that I researched on Westlaw. I had a deadline and she did not return my calls for days. I had to file an extension because she did not do the paperwork on time, she finally emailed me a request for an extension with the wrong case number and wrong citation to support my request.

I had to fix it myself, if not I would of lost the case. She then sent me a bill for an additional $500.00 for the supposed research she did. I never even saw the brief in the first place. I simply paid her $250.00 for typing up a response-she couldn't even do that.

This woman really does not have an office. She will tell you she can meet you somewhere to collect your money and she will not do the job!
