Breaking the ruls and being rude

I had a Credit card that I am almost 100% sure I paid off in 2006.

I have not herd from the card comp. Or anything unil about a week ago and then this comp. Started calling and when I have tried to tell them that I will talk to the bank and see if I can get the old records to see what it was that I paid off they will not give me the card # so that I can match it with what was paid... They laughed at me when I told them that I have an injury that is keeping me from working and I am waiting for a settelment they again just laugh at me.

When I told them that IF I still owe it I will pay it when I get the money that right now keeping a roof over my head is #1... Again they laugh.

They are calling 4 times a day...
Won't give me any inforamtion I am asking for.

The are so rude.
