"Jack" Pinnacle Financial Group, Puzzling Annoyance... Stop Calling and Leaving Automated Messages!

Day 1: "This is Jack, please give me a call back when you get a minute. My toll free no. Is 18777962497. Again my no. Is 18777962497. Thanks."
Day 2: "This is Jack, please give me a call back when you get a minute. My toll free no. Is 18777962497. Again my no. Is 18777962497. Thanks."

Skip ahead to 3 months later...
Month 4: "This is Jack, please give me a call back when you get a minute. My toll free no. Is 18777962497. Again my no. Is 18777962497. Thanks."

I get this recorded voicemail texted and e-mailed to me each time this automated phone calls me, so I have a log of all of the annoyances I've received. I call this number back, and I hear the same voice stating "Welcome to Pinnacle Financial Group" two times in a row before it hangs up on me.

I've called some other times and have had to be inconvenienced with disappointing rude supervisors who yell and panic about my phone number not being in their computer, so I "should not be receiving anymore calls". Yet, I still receive these vague messages that do not ask for anyone in particular, and do not inform me about what the call is regarding.

I keep sending complaints to the fcc, but there has got to be a way to get these guys to stop calling. What gives!?!?
