Gave me the wrong pair of shoes! - Black Converse Sneakers

I bought black converse sneakers from Journeys, and they turned out to be two different types of shoes! One of them were women's, and the other was unisex. I had to go return it the next day, and I haven't even received a discount or anything! Bad customer service, they didn't have any size 8 in women's, so I had to get the unisex. I am very upset from the customer service, and I wanted to get women's!!
