Grant university rip off! Will not refund member cost if you don't like service

I sent for their cd, did not get it. Was charged $69.95 I called the number given, and was told in no uncertain terms they would not refund the money, even though I had never been even able to sign on to their web site.

I told their representative, Brook, that I thought the company was unethical as there was no way to get to actual website until you get the information in the mail, which takes 10 days to two weeks. The supposed "TRIAL" membership only lasts 7 days. Hows that for a cheat.

Now I'm stuck with a $70 deduction from my bank account that I can't afford right now. Absolutely stinks.

They do not even provide a phone number on their website (advertisement only) so you can call them.
