Overcharge on credit card calls Longview

I, like another individual who posted on this forum, used my credit card to make phone calls on a NCIC pay phone at San Jose Airport, CA. There was no indication on the pay phone that credit card charges incurred any kind of fee, and so I dialed the numbers I wanted to call and the operator indicated that they would cost 75 cents per minute. Since I didn't have enough change to make the phone calls, and it appeared that credit card calls were the same price as coin calls, I used my card.
Then I looked at my bill which indicated that each call cost me between 10 and 11 dollars for speaking for less than a minute!!! I called the company and a very nice representative offered me a discount, but I still don't think it is right to charge an unknowing customer nearly 40 dollars for talking under ten minutes on a pay phone! Like I said, there was NOTHING on the pay phone indicating that I would incur such fees. I think it is purposefully misleading and I hope someone takes them to court!
NEVER make phone calls at one of these pay phones if you can help it!
