Saw ad on television, they were going to send a catalog, never received, yet was charge 19.80 (2), called and cancelled, checked acct. Charged 19.80 (2) again, called and cancelled again. People there could barely speak english, ran by hispanics, nobody could find a supervisior. Total cost taken from my acct. Plus being charged for overdrawn 79.00. They need to be brought to justice.
